Step 1: Initial Assessment

The first step is to visit you at home to discuss your needs and meet your pets.

During the initial assessment we'll discuss who you would like us to look after and when. We'll discuss what you would like us to do when we are looking after your pets, and take some important information such as an emergency contact number and details of your Vet. We will then book your visit and take payment for your booking.

Step 2: The Visit

A booking normally lasts 30 minutes. During those 30 minutes we will do whatever you have asked us to do during your initial assessment. Below are some common examples:

Dog Example:
During the 30 minutes we would usually take your dog for a walk, feed and water him, then spend some time playing with him, giving him lots of affection etc.
To ensure the safety of your dog(s) we do not walk multiple dogs at the same time, meaning we walk your dog(s) on their own, not with other dogs they do not know.

Cat Example:
If we were looking after your cat(s) then we would spend the 30 minutes playing with her, giving her lots of affection, feed her, empty and clean her litter tray if she uses one and let her out if you normally do.

These are just examples from some of our existing clients but basically it all boils down to you. We will do whatever you ask us to do!
